Pricing questions

What happens to my printed codes if I downgrade or cancel?

They keep working. Downgrades stop new creation and advanced features, but every link you've already printed continues to redirect through its safe fallback.

Is Start free a trial? Do I need a credit card?

Start free is the free plan, not a trial — 50 dynamic links and 2,000 events a month, no card required, no trial clock. Upgrade to Pro, Business, or Agency with monthly or annual billing.

What counts as a scan or claim against my limit?

Each QR scan and each coupon claim counts as one event. Opening the dashboard, editing a destination, or downloading a QR never counts. If you hit the monthly limit, new scans and claims stop counting until the next UTC month — your codes still redirect and coupon claims keep working.

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. The free plan includes 50 dynamic links and 2,000 monthly scans + claims with no card required.
