Terms of Service

These terms govern access to LumenQR.
Using LumenQR
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use LumenQR only for lawful content and destinations. You are responsible for workspace members and material published through your QR codes.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payments. You can manage payment methods or cancel through the customer portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
QR destinations
LumenQR is designed to keep existing printed codes resolving through a safe fallback. We may pause or block destinations associated with malware, phishing, abuse, legal violations, or platform risk. You remain responsible for destination content.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but beta or preview features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or security events may temporarily limit access.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to content you provide and grant LumenQR the limited rights needed to host, route, and process it. LumenQR software, branding, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. LumenQR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid for the service during the preceding twelve months, except where law prohibits that limitation.
